This game allows guest to shine their light throughout the familiar Monster’s Inc scenes to uncover all the monsters we love!

US Park Comparison: This attraction is a Tokyo Disneyland exclusive and one of the best Tokyo Disney rides! It is extremely popular so we recommend trying to grab a Fastpass for it.

9. Buzz Lightyear’s Astro Blasters

Join Buzz Lightyear in an intergalactic battle against the evil Emperor Zurg. This interactive dark ride allows you to use a laser blaster to defeat enemies and rack up points, adding an extra layer of excitement for aspiring space rangers.

This attraction is the same as the Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters in the U.S. parks, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t fun! So, grab a blaster and try to get Galactic Hero on this Japanese version.

8. Big Thunder Mountain

Hold on tight as you ride the wildest ride in the wilderness! Big Thunder Mountain takes you on a high-speed journey through an abandoned mining town, complete with thrilling twists, turns, and scenic views of the park.

If you’ve been on this ride in any other Disney park, you’ve been through the BTM experience. It is still a solid ride, and has to make the list for our best Tokyo Disneyland rides.

7. Space Mountain

Space Mountain is the best roller coaster in Tokyo Disneyland! On this thrilling indoor coaster, experience sharp turns, drops and high speeds (30 mph) as you soar through the stars!

BREAKING NEWS: The classic Space Mountain attraction in Tokyo will be closing for a major renovation of Tomorrowland including a Space Mountain remodel beginning this year. By 2027 the new area will see a newly rebuilt Space Mountain attraction, keeping the original concept as a thrilling indoor coaster that takes guests on a high-speed journey through space, but will include enhanced performance and immersive special effects.

This Baymax Ride Tokyo Disney is at the top of our list because of how unique it is! Get ready for a huggable adventure with Baymax from Big Hero 6. This ride takes you on a joyful journey filled with twists, turns, and the heartwarming presence of everyone’s favorite healthcare companion.

TPT Tip from Kurt: This ride isn’t anything extravagant but the vibe is awesome. It’s comparable to Alien Swirling Saucers in Hollywood Studios. We think it’s special because guests dress up in Baymax gear and hang out around the ride singing and dancing to the songs!

We love this ride and always end up crying by the end of it. This ride is absolutely incredible and we cannot recommend it enough!
