Epcot Festival of the Arts is Disney’s shortest festival however, it is our favorite! From January 12 to February 19, 2024, the Festival of the Arts offers creative culinary dishes, dazzling entertainment, and creative activities. The best part is, the festival activities are included in your Epcot ticket! Not only do you get all the joys of being at EPCOT you also get live entertainment, art shows, and more.

What is Festival of the Arts 2024?
The EPCOT Festival of the Arts at Disney World is a big, colorful party where art, food, and fun collide! The World Showcase turns into this amazing canvas of creativity, with cool art exhibits, live demos, and mouth-watering dishes whipped up by Disney’s top chefs. It’s not just about looking at art – you can get hands-on too! There are workshops, chances to meet artists, and even try your hand at making your own masterpiece. The festival brings the park to life with awesome live performances, from Broadway-style shows to music and acrobatics. Visiting Disney World during the Festival of the Arts is also a great idea because the crowds are typically low during this time!

Live Performances at Festival of the Arts 2024
When you think of Epcot festivals, you probably think of the plethora of food offerings. We love the Festival of the Arts because it really goes beyond food booths. International Festival of the Arts 2024 has amazing live performances that all Epcot park-goers can enjoy.
Disney on Broadway Concert Series
Each EPCOT Festival has a concert series but at Festival of the Arts Epcot, the art form of theater takes center stage! Broadway sensations perform your favorite Disney hits and musical numbers straight from Broadway!

Pro Tip from Krystal: If you have your heart set on a specific performance or want to treat yourself, consider a concert series dining package. This includes a dinner at select Epcot restaurants and reserved seating at the Disney on Broadway Concert.
Art-Defying Gravity
Witness incredible displays of strength, grace, acrobatics, and agility. This is my favorite part of Festival of the Arts Epcot 2024! Performances take place in World Showcase Plaza, Saturday through Wednesday during the festival and you can find showtimes on the My Disney Experience App.
If you are a Halloween Horror Nights fan, you may recognize the very talented “Nightmare Queen” performing live right here at Epcot!

Artistic Activities at Festival of the Arts 2024
What is the Epcot art festival without doing some painting yourself? Show off your artistic side in Epcot! After your day of consuming art, get creative by enjoying some artistic activities.
Animation Academy
Learn how to draw a Disney Character during this session led by an animator! This experience takes place in America Gardens Theatre at 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM daily during Festival of Arts 2024. The Animation Academy is an activity you should not miss! Once again, included in your ticket it’s a great way to take a break during the day and learn how to draw from talented artists.
Epcot Paint by Number Mural
Nothing brings Epcot park-goers together like that paint-by-numbers mural!
Visit the Expression Section booth to pick up paint, a brush, and your assigned number. Then, paint a few squares of our massive mural that correspond with your paint color—from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily.
Watch in awe as the wall fills with color—to eventually reveal a beautiful scene. Disney Parks will change out the mural after it is completed so if you are visiting Epcot for more than 1 day, you may see a new painting!
Kids Chalk Art
Your kiddos can create their very own chalk-art masterpiece! This experience is offered at the bridge to World Showcase Plaza from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily. Also on the bridge, you can see the Chalk Art Gallery – Disney-themed chalk art created by talented artists.
Bicycle Spin Art and Name Works
For the 2024 Festival of the Arts, guests can create their own spin art and custom name paintings in The Odyssey. The spin art is a really fun activity where YOU power the spin art machine by riding a bicycle. You can choose up to four colors and pedal to create your own spin art masterpiece.
Spin Art Prices:
- One experience – $19
- Two – $30
- 8×10 frame – $10.
Right next to Spin Art is “Name Works” where talented artists can create a nice name painting for you! With different designs, patterns, and styles, this is a souvenir that you will love.

Artful Photo Ops
The art of photography comes to life around Epcot! Step into an artistic backdrop and strike a pose for a fantastic photo.
