Harry Potter Alcoholic Drinks Universal Orlando

Guests will also be delighted to find out that there are some hidden mixed drinks in the Wizard World of Harry Potter that are not on the regular menus. These drinks such as the Deathly Hallows, Harry Potter Fire Whiskey, Pear Dazzle, and Hog’s Tea can be found in various locations throughout Hogsmeade or Diagon Alley.

Deathly Hallows Drink

Location: Hogsmeade

Price: $12.25

This is a secret menu Harry Potter drink at Universal Studios. It contains three Harry Potter drinks at Universal Studios; Strongbow Cider, Hog’s Head, and Guinness. Yes, you read that right, there are three beers in this one drink! And while the drink is mostly beer, the cider helps to give it a less hoppy taste and is worth a try! Although it’s been called the Deathly Hallows drink, you order this Universal alcohol drink without its name. When ordering it, you have to ask the bartender if they’ll layer the three drinks together, with the cider at the bottom, the Hog’s Head in the center, and Guinness on top. If you order this drink by the name, they won’t serve it to you!

Harry Potter Fire Whiskey

Location: Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade

Price: $12.00

Fire Whisky in Harry Potter Universal Studios is a single shot that can be taken straight or added to a mixed drink. It was the first exclusive liquor at the Wizarding World and can be found in Diagon Alley at The Fountain of Fair Fortune and The Hopping Pot, as well as Hogsmeade at the Hog’s Head Pub. If you’re used to Fireball and know how to handle its strength, you’ll enjoy this Harry Potter whiskey’s strong cinnamon flavor. You can order it as a shot, double shot, or add it to a mixed drink.

Pear Dazzle

Location: Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade

Price: $12.25

If you’re looking for sweeter Harry Potter World drinks, then you’ll love this delicious fruity drink. Made with vodka, non-alcoholic pear cider, lemonade, and a cherry garnish, this refreshing combination is very light, which is a great alcohol in Harry Potter World option if you’re going on rides all day!

Hog’s Tea

Location: Hogsmeade

Price: $14.25

Some other Harry Potter drinks at Universal Studios include Hog’s Tea, which is yet another popular staple at the Hog’s Head Universal Orlando menu. The wizarding version of a Long Island Iced Tea, this strong drink replaces the usual cola with iced raspberry tea. As far as alcoholic drinks at Universal Studios go, this is a smooth and dangerous drink. So here’s a wizarding tip: ask for a 16 ounce16-ounce cup instead of a 12-ounce. Because while the amount of alcohol doesn’t change, you’ll get more of the tea. This way the harsh amount of alcohol mellows out, and you can carry the drink around for a longer period. It’s a win-win!

Harry Potter Beer at Universal Orlando

Guests will be delighted to know that you can find several unique Harry Potter-themed beers which include Dragon Scale, Wizard’s Brew, and Hog’s Head Brew. These themed beers provide a unique taste of the Wizarding World, enhancing the immersive experience of your visit to Universal Orlando.

Hog’s Head Beer

Location: Hogsmeade

Price: $12.79

Hog’s Head at Universal was the first exclusive beer that was created for The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. It’s only found at, you guessed it, Hog’s Head Pub Universal Studios in the middle of Hogsmeade Village. If you like the taste of Killian’s Irish red, then you’ll most likely enjoy this smooth red ale.

Wizard’s Brew Beer

Location: Diagon Alley

Price:$12.79

Wizards will enjoy their namesake beer. The Wizard’s Brew beer is a dark sweet stout with notes of chocolate and coffee. Wizard’s Brew Harry Potter can be found solely in Diagon Alley. Try visiting The Leaky Cauldron, The Fountain of Fair Fortune, or The Hopping Pout.

Dragon Scale Beer

Location: Diagon Alley

Price: $12.79

Dragon Scale in Harry Potter World can be found at the same spots as the Wizard’s Brew. The difference in this brew is that it’s an amber lager, which is medium-bodied with a toasty or caramel-like malt character.

Daisyroot Ale

Location: Diagon Alley

Price: $12.79

One of two new beers at the Wizarding World in Orlando, the Daisyroot Ale is a simple straightforward beer. There are no infusions, syrups, or flavors in this brew which makes it perfect for those wanting a themed beer with no frills! Similar to a Golden British Ale, you can expect a really pungent hoppy flavor profile.

Dark Forest Ale

Location: Diagon Alley

Price: $12.79

The second of the new Wizarding World beers is a completely opposite brew from the first. The Dark Forest Ale is just what the title says, a Dark Ale! However, this beer is flavored with a dash of caramel that compliments the flavor profile and helps cut the bitterness that comes with a brown ale. We aren’t huge fans of this type of beer but we’ve heard really great things from those who are!

If these beers don’t amuse you, the Wizarding World also has traditional, muggle beers such as Guinness or Stella Artois.
